How to install my HP printer without using the provided CD?

February 23rd, 2013 5 comments

I just bought a new HP printer (Deskjet Ink Advantage 2010 – K010a). My CD drive isn’t working, so I was thinking, is there a downloadable installer for my printer? Please provide specific details. Thanks!

P.S. My computer has Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit.

you can download the installer from the hp website, all you have to do is type it into google, although if you are not bothered by all the extra useless features that they throw into the program and all you want to do is print, then you should be able to just connect the printer to your computer and it will work. Windows has many printer drivers preinstalled.

Here is a link to the drivers and software to download. (If you want the software)

Information Regarding Hp Toner Ink

Modern society is dependent on printers. If they were absent, our workplaces would not be able to operate normally. Likewise, just as the modern world requires printers, so printers depend on toner cartridges. A printer, of course, is useless if it is unable to print a page correctly. It is therefore no surprise to find price promotions of HP 1200 printer cartridges is so important.

Eventually, all printer cartridges will become totally depleted of toner. When this happens, the cartridge will have to be replaced, which can rapidly increase company operating expenses. The use of re-manufactured HP ink toner that is readily available assists you in limiting printing costs and thereby reducing overall operating costs.

Hewlett-Packard and Lexmark are two of the fiercest competitors in the consumer printing industry today. Both companies have been trying to outdo each other point for point in order to capture a bigger share of the market. This is clearly shown by the wide range of printers and printer inks and other printing supplies that they have that are essentially similar in features and benefits.

When it comes to printer inks, both HP and Lexmark have specific types of inks for use on their various printers. The most popular type of printer ink that HP has is none other than the HP Vivera. On the side of Lexmark, we have the Lexmark Evercolor series. Now, the question is: How do these two types of printer inks compare with each other?

Information Regarding Hp Deskjet Printer Ink

I have owned a lot of the low-end printers over the years, but the HP Deskjet F4480 doesn’t deserve to be in that category. It is certainly low priced, but it is just as solid of a printer as some that are triple or even quadruple the price. I’ve had it for a little while now and it hasn’t let me down yet. I had it up and running in no time and I haven’t’ had to refer to the owner’s manual since the first day that I bought it.

I have tested out dozens of full-page color prints and there is no loss in quality at all from what I see on my computer monitor to what comes out on the page. I had read before I bought this printer that the quality would be very nice, but I still had my doubts because it seems like people say that about every printer. In this case, however, it was the truth.

Hewlett Packard’s tryst with ink took off when it acquired a company named F.L Mosley based in California in 1958. Mosley was manufacturing recorders and plotters for industrial applications such as continuous process monitoring systems, data loggers and the like in the 1950’s.

Hewlett Packard was the pioneer in imaging and printing technologies. It was the first in the market during the 1980’s to come up with inkjet and laser technology used in printers until date. Its first printer was the “ThinkJet” in 1984 based on the inkjet technology and later the “DeskJet” printer also based on inkjet technology and the “Laser” printer as the name suggests based on laser technology.

How would you differentiate a mediocre laser printer from a performance oriented printer? Well, no prizes for guessing it right. A smart customer always looks for few certain things which are the prime factors in determining the quality of a laser printer. First of all, it should offer ink efficient toner cartridge; secondly, print quality should be excellent; and thirdly, it has to be durable and dependable as well.

Keeping in mind the above mentioned factors, I figured out that nothing can get better than the HP LaserJet Pro M1530. It is fine monochromatic laser printer, which promises of excellent performance and long durability. Along with, it also includes a copier, scanner, and a fax.

Information Regarding Hp Ink 60

August 11th, 2011 No comments

Using an HP 60 ink cartridge is a fairly straightforward process. To gain a better understanding of how they work, it may be helpful to learn a bit about how inkjet printers work in general. A typical inkjet printer consists of a variety of electrical components. The first and foremost important component is the print head assembly. The print head assembly contains a printer head which uses a series of nozzles to spray droplets of ink onto the printer paper.

The print head gets its ink from ink cartridges connected to it, which are basically reservoirs of ink that contain various colors of ink. Some manufacturers combine the various color reservoirs into one cartridge, while others build separate cartridges so that individual colors may be replaced one at a time. Some cartridges even include the head itself. These components, whether separate or built together into one unit, are controlled by a print head stepper motor. The stepper motor is what moves the print-head assembly back and as the head delivers ink to the printer paper.
